This Privacy Policy describes how Anlinex ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Reservation and delivery information: such as your name, phone number, delivery address, appointment or order details, and other information necessary to provide online booking and delivery ordering services.
Device and app information: such as app settings, preferences, and locally stored content needed to provide core functionality.

We collect personal information for online appointments, delivery order placement, order fulfillment, delivery, and customer support only when you choose to provide it or submit a reservation or order through the App. The App does not process payments.

If you create an account, we may store your account information on our servers to authenticate you, maintain your profile, and provide account-related features.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The app may store certain information locally on your device, such as app settings, user preferences, saved content, and other data needed to provide core functionality. This information remains on your device unless you delete it or remove the app.

You may delete locally stored information by removing related content within the App, clearing app data, or uninstalling the App from your device.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and maintain the App's core features;
Save your preferences and in-app content;
Improve usability and app performance on your device;
Create and manage your account, authenticate users, and provide account-related services;
Process online appointments and delivery orders, arrange delivery, and provide customer support;

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. When you submit a reservation or delivery order, we may share necessary delivery information with logistics or fulfillment partners strictly for the purpose of completing delivery. We may disclose information only if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party payment services and does not offer in-app purchases or online payment functionality. We may use delivery or logistics partners only as necessary to fulfill reservations and delivery orders.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Anlinex provides online appointment booking and delivery ordering services only. The App does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or any in-app payment features, and we do not collect or store your payment card or other payment credentials through the App.

Any payment for goods or services is completed offline outside the App, such as upon delivery or through other offline payment methods agreed with you. We may retain reservation and order information necessary to provide booking, delivery, and customer support services.

8. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Anlinex does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking technologies. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the App and related services.

Account information is retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide account services.
Reservation and delivery order information is retained as needed to fulfill bookings and deliveries, handle support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Locally stored information remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information stored within the App and, where applicable, information processed through our services. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. If you have an account, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You may also request correction or deletion of order-related information where applicable.

You can manage locally stored data in the App, and you may uninstall the App to remove local data from your device. If you have questions about your privacy rights, please contact us using the information below.

12. Children's Privacy

Anlinex is suitable for users aged 16 and older (16+). The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our servers. If you believe a person under 16 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13. International Users

If you use the App from outside the country where it is offered, you understand that your information may be processed and stored as necessary to provide the App and related services.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
